In partnership with another local real estate firm, the project is positioned to reshape part of the park’s landscape. The Reverb development is planned for Maritime Park Lot No. 5, located in the city’s core. Workforce housing is aimed at individuals whose incomes fall between 80% and 120% of the area’s median income, making it an affordable option for those working in the region but facing challenges in finding affordable housing that suits their budget.

By offering incentives to developers to include affordable housing units in their projects, the law seeks to strike a balance between growth and sustainability.
